1. How long does orders take?

Processing time is 3-4 weeks plus shipping (this is our average processing time varies depending on season, check our header for current make time)

2. Do you offer rush orders?

Yes we offer rush orders, however the accepting of rush orders does depend on current volume, if you need your item sooner than our processing time, contact us prior to purchase to be approved. Once approved, your purchase must be made within 24 hours or your order will be cancelled.

3. Do purchasing rush orders guarantee when my order will be received?

Rush orders ONLY cover processing time (how fast order will be shipped) and not shipping times.  Shipping times are displayed during check out so please ensure the correct shipping time is also chosen.  UPS and USPS standard shipping times are 2-4 days.  If you need overnight shipping please contact us.

4. Can you make any theme?

Yes we can make ANY themes but materials may vary. If you do not see what you are looking for please contact us or purchase the custom order listing.

5.Do you offer larger sizes?

At this time we only make up to size 6/7.

6.Do you take Custom orders?

Yes we do, please contact us or purchase the custom listings to place order.

7. Do you accept payment plans?

No, however we offer alternative ways to pay. You can use Klarna to check out on our site at no additional cost to you, just choose the option during checkout and go from there. Your order will still process within our normal make time, with no delays.  You can also check out on our site by creating a card via Klarna.  

8. Do you offer discounts?

Being a handmade business we don't offer discounts often.  There are some instances when we do offer sales via email, text or our social media sites to our subscribers. In addition, we offer reward points when you purchase to collect that go towards money off once they accrue.
